ID Logistics invites an experienced HR Business Partner to guide on-site HR visibility and strategic partnership across operations. You will shape talent management, employee relations, and safety compliance while partnering with site leadership to drive engagement and performance.

The role requires 5+ years of on-site HR management, strong knowledge of employment laws, and bilingual English/Spanish communication. The schedule is second shift with occasional after-hours and travel as needed.

Qualifications

• High school diploma plus relevant work experience.
• 5+ years of on-site HR management or HR leadership experience.
• Strong understanding of HR practices, local and state employment laws, and regulatory requirements.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills with ability to build relationships at all levels of the organization.
• Demonstrated strategic thinking with practical HR solutions.
• Proficiency in HRIS and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Ability to work a flexible on-site schedule and handle after-hours challenges.
• Bilingual English/Spanish without translation services or technologies.

Responsibilities

• Strategic Partnership: Collaborates with operations leaders to align HR strategies with business goals.
• Talent Management: Drives high-volume hourly and salary talent acquisition, development, and retention strategies.
• Employee Relations: Acts as trusted advisor for complex employee relations issues and handles hearings/investigations as needed.
• Performance Management: Oversee performance appraisals, development plans, and coaching for on-site staff.
• HR Policies and Compliance: Ensure policies meet local/state laws and regulatory requirements.
• Data-Driven Insights: Use HRIS tools to derive metrics and present HR trends to senior management.
• Culture and Engagement: Promote positive culture and employee engagement through surveys and programs.
• Safety First: Enforce safety rules and report noncompliance to leadership.
