Job summary

Requires 5+ years of on-site HR leadership, bilingual English/Spanish, and a proven track record in talent acquisition, employee relations, and performance management in a fast-growing environment.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of on-site HR management or leadership experience.
• Strong knowledge of local/state employment laws.
• Ability to advise operations leaders and build relationships.

Responsibilities

• Partner with operations to align HR strategies with business goals.
• Lead high-volume hourly and salary talent recruitment, development, and retention.
• Serve as advisor on employee relations, conflict resolution, and investigations.
• Oversee performance management and coaching for on-site staff.
• Ensure HR policies comply with laws and regulations; report HR trends.
