Job summary
ID Logistics is seeking an HR Business Partner to support on-site operations in the US, partnering with site leaders to drive engagement, performance, and compliance. This role requires travel to two facilities (Elizabethtown, PA and Jacksonville, FL) and a strong blend of strategic and hands-on HR capabilities.
You will lead talent management, employee relations, performance management, and workforce planning to support rapid growth while ensuring a safe, compliant workplace and driving
Qualifications
- On-site HR management or HR leadership with 5+ years of experience.
- Strong understanding of HR laws and regulatory requirements.
- Bilingual English/Spanish; able to work without translation services or technologies.
Responsibilities
- Strategic Partnership: Aligns HR with operations and guides leadership on workforce trends and engagement.
- Talent Management: Drives high-volume hourly and salaried talent acquisition and development.
- Leadership Coaching: Advises site leaders on performance management and team development.
- Employee Relations: Handles complex employee relations and conducts investigations.
- Performance Management: Oversees appraisals and improvement plans; coaches managers.
- Workforce Planning & Organizational Effectiveness: Optimizes structure and staffing plans.
