Job summary

ID Logistics is seeking an experienced HR Business Partner at our US site in Johns Creek, GA, to support growth with on-site visibility and strategic HR leadership. You will partner with operations to drive talent acquisition, employee relations, performance management, and compliance, while championing a positive culture and safe working environment. Schedule is Monday–Friday, 4pm–12am, with occasional nights and weekends.

Travel as needed. Not eligible for immigration sponsorship.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR or related field and 5+ years on-site HR leadership experience.
• Experience advising operations leaders on HR practices and business outcomes.
• Strong knowledge of local/state employment laws and regulatory requirements.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills across all levels of the organization.
• Proficiency with HRIS systems and Microsoft Office Suite.

Responsibilities

• Strategic partnership with operations to align HR strategies with business goals.
• Drive talent acquisition, development, and retention for high-volume hourly and salaried staff.
• Handle employee relations issues, conduct investigations, and ensure compliant processes.
• Oversee performance management and coaching for on-site staff.
• Develop and implement HR policies, compliance programs, and safety initiatives.
• Utilize HRIS data to generate insights and present HR trend reports to leadership.
