Job summary

ID Logistics seeks an HR Business Partner to support our Henrico, VA site as we scale. You will partner with operations to align HR strategies with business goals, guide talent acquisition, employee relations, and performance management for a fast-growing logistics operation.

The role requires 5+ years of on-site HR leadership, strong knowledge of employment laws, and excellent communication. On-site schedule Monday–Friday, 4pm–12am, with occasional nights and weekends as needed.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of on-site HR management or HR leadership experience.
• Experience advising operations leaders on business outcomes.
• Strong knowledge of local/state employment laws.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
• Proficiency with HRIS and Microsoft Office.
• Ability to work after-hours as needed.

Responsibilities

• Strategic partnership with operations leaders to align HR strategies with business goals.
• Talent management including high-volume hourly and salary recruitment, development, and retention.
• Handle employee relations issues and support conflict resolution.
• Oversee performance management processes and coaching at on-site staff levels.
• Ensure HR policies and compliance with local/state laws.
• Use HRIS to provide data-driven insights and reports.
