ID Logistics is seeking an HR Business Partner to support our Somerset, NJ site, aligning HR strategy with growth and customer-focused objectives. You will partner with operations leaders to drive talent acquisition, development, and engagement while ensuring compliance with local laws.

The role requires 5+ years of on-site HR leadership, English/Spanish bilingual proficiency, HRIS skills, and the ability to influence after hours.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of on-site HR leadership experience.
• Strong advisory experience to operations leaders on business outcomes.
• Knowledge of local and state employment laws and regulatory requirements.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strategic thinking with practical HR solutions.
• HRIS proficiency and Microsoft Office experience.
• Bilingual English/Spanish.

Responsibilities

• Strategic Partnership: Collaborate with operations leaders to align HR strategies with business goals.
• Talent Management: Lead high-volume hourly and salary talent recruitment, development, and retention.
• Employee Relations: Advise on complex employee relations issues and manage investigations.
• Performance Management: Oversee appraisals and coaching for on-site staff.
• HR Policies and Compliance: Ensure policies meet legal requirements and provide guidance.
• Data-Driven Insights: Use HRIS to generate metrics and reports for senior management.
• Culture and Engagement: Drive employee engagement initiatives at the site level.
• SafetyFirst: Enforce safety rules and address noncompliance as needed.
