Qualifications

• 5+ years of on-site HR management or HR leadership.
• Strong experience advising operations leaders on business outcomes.
• Strong understanding of HR practices, local and state employment laws.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
• Proficiency in HRIS systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Bilingual English/Spanish.
• Ability to work a flexible on-site schedule and after-hours.

Responsibilities

• Strategic Partnership: Collaborates with operations leaders to align HR strategies with business goals.
• Talent Management: Drives high-volume hourly and salary recruitment, development, and retention strategies.
• Employee Relations: Acts as trusted adviser; handles complex employee relations issues and investigations.
• Performance Management: Oversees appraisals, improvement plans, and coaching opportunities for on-site staff.
• HR Policies and Compliance: Ensures policies are up-to-date and compliant with laws.
• Data-Driven Insights: Uses HRIS to produce metrics and reports for senior management.
• Culture and Engagement: Leads initiatives to boost employee engagement and retention.
• Safety First: Enforces safety rules and GMP/site-specific practices.
