- Mentor engineers and support cross-functional project teams.
- Integrate MES with ERP, PLC/SCADA, quality, and warehouse systems.
- Provide MES production support, troubleshoot issues, and drive continuous improvement.
- Develop manufacturing traceability, data reporting, and KPI dashboards.
- Manage MES projects, timelines, budgets, and vendor coordination.
