Job summary

International Motors, LLC in San Antonio is preparing to launch a second production shift. The Associate Team Member will support a safe, organized, and continuously improving work environment by following EHS requirements, participating in 5S activities, and assisting with the transition to night shift planned for 2027.

You will work across functions to ensure safe operations, quality output, and timely delivery of components for commercial trucks.

Qualifications

• No minimum requirements.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.
• Physical requirements include walking, standing, lifting 15-45 pounds, and repetitive hand use.

Responsibilities

• Follow standard work instructions and safety procedures.
• Maintain 5S, housekeeping, and safe work practices.
• Operate hand tools and basic equipment for assembly.
• Assemble and install truck parts and components per specs.
• Perform routine inspections and quality checks on outputs.
• Support shift transition, training, and cross-functional collaboration.
