Job summary

Placemakr in Tempe, AZ is seeking an Overnight Guest Experience Associate to deliver outstanding service to guests and residents. You will be the on-site primary contact and handle behind-the-scenes duties to keep the property running smoothly.

This full-time role requires 1+ year of customer service experience, flexible scheduling (including weekends and holidays), and comfort with POS and CRM systems. We offer competitive pay, a generous bonus program, benefits, and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of previous experience delivering excellent customer service in hospitality, retail, multi-family or food & beverage contexts.
• Scheduling flexibility to work any hours and days, including evenings, weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional on-site guest and resident experiences and act as the primary contact.
• Support operations across shifts and coordinate with property teams to ensure smooth handovers.
• Assist with maintenance, stocking amenities, and room readiness to uphold service standards.
• Maintain safety, cleanliness and compliance across shared spaces and lobbies.
• Respond to guest requests with urgency and care, ensuring a great stay.
