Job summary

Extended Stay America, operated by ESA Management LLC, is seeking an on-site part-time hotel associate for overnight on-call coverage at the Tempe/Phoenix location. The role requires responding quickly to guest needs, assisting with early morning breakfast setup, and maintaining security and accuracy of guest keys and folios.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required or equivalent experience.
• Ability to log events in writing and prepare routine correspondence.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and hotel management systems.

Responsibilities

• Respond to on-call hotel needs during overnight hours within 30 minutes of notification.
• Attend to guests on call, assist with check-ins/check-outs, and relay information on property amenities and hours.
• Maintain control of hotel keys and log them in/out as needed.
• Perform bookkeeping tasks such as logging events and posting payments to guest folios.
• Support other locations during staffing needs when requested.
