Qualifications

• 1+ year of customer service experience.
• Able to work varied shifts including evenings, weekends and holidays.
• Strong written and spoken communication.
• Adaptable, eager to learn and collaborative.
• Comfortable using multiple systems (POS, CRM).

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional on-site guest experience and act as local expert.
• Coordinate with on-site and off-site teams to ensure smooth operations.
• Maintain safety, compliance, and hospitality standards.
• Learn and use multiple property systems to move work forward.
• Assist with guest check-in and payment processing when needed.
• Respond to guest requests promptly and professionally.
