Job summary

You will work with property leadership to drive day-to-day operations and guest satisfaction. You will lead front-of-house and back-of-house activities, coordinate with teams, and ensure safety, standards, and service excellence across the property.

Qualifications

• 3+ years delivering exceptional experiences in customer, administrative or operations support roles (hospitality, retail, multi-family or F&B).
• 1+ years as a team lead, supervisor or mentor (preferred).

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional on-site experiences to guests residents and team members.
• Collaborate with on-site and off-site property teams to execute incidents and tasks.
• Maintain a safe, compliant environment by following policies and standards.
• Flexible scheduling including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Lead front-of-house and back-of-house operations to support leaders and guests.
• Resolve escalated guest/team issues with good judgment and autonomy.
