Placemakr, Inc. is hiring an Overnight Guest Experience Associate in Arlington, VA to serve as the primary overnight contact for guests and residents. The role focuses on delivering exceptional service during overnight hours, ensuring smooth check-ins, and coordinating with the on-site Property Team to uphold standards.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of customer service experience in hospitality, retail, or similar.
• Experience working overnights and using independent judgment.
• Strong written and verbal communication with internal and external customers.
• Ability to learn and use hotel/night audit systems and CRM/POS tools.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional guest experience for Placemakr guests and residents overnight.
• Collaborate with property team to maintain safety, security, and compliance.
• Respond to guest communications via text, email, HubSpot, and other channels.
• Check guests into assigned rooms in accordance with Placemakr standards.
• Audit nightly check-ins and upcoming day bookings to ensure proper processes.
• Utilize maintenance, housekeeping, and other systems as needed.
• Complete shift handovers and handle tasks from the nightly queue.
