Job summary

Cook Out Restaurants is seeking a PM General Manager to run the night shift with a 4-day work week starting at 4:45 PM. This hands-on leadership role rewards results with competitive pay, including $55,000–$80,000 base plus $15/hr Appreciation Pay and monthly bonuses based on sales growth.

You will coach a large team in a high-volume setting, focus on customer service, manage P&L, and enjoy three days off each week with a flexible schedule and free meals on shift.

Qualifications

• Leadership: At least 1 year of management experience (Restaurant/Hospitality preferred).

Responsibilities
