Job summary

Cook Out Restaurants seeks a PM General Manager to lead the night shift in a high-volume, fast-paced setting. You’ll coach a large team, drive customer service, and manage labor, food, and paper costs from the front lines.

This role offers a 4-day work week starting at 4:45 PM with three days off, a base salary in the 55k–80k range plus $15/hr Appreciation Pay, and monthly bonuses tied to sales growth. Growth opportunities are strong in this performance-driven company.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of management experience (Restaurant/Hospitality preferred).
• Proven coaching track record and ability to train diverse teams.
• Strong communication skills and ability to motivate staff.
