Job summary

Cook Out is seeking a Restaurant PM General Manager to lead the night shift with a four-day work week beginning at 4:45 PM. You will coach a large team, ensure exceptional customer service, and manage labor, food, and paper costs to optimize the P&L.

The role rewards performance with a competitive base salary of $55,000–$80,000 plus bonuses, including monthly performance bonuses and an additional $15/hr Appreciation Pay. Growth opportunities exist within a performance-driven culture.

Qualifications

• Leadership: minimum 1 year of management experience in restaurant/hospitality preferred.
• Coaching: proven ability to train and develop winning teams.
