Job summary

Cook Out Restaurants is seeking a PM General Manager to run the night shift with a 4-day work week. You will coach a large team, drive customer service excellence, and own the P&L for labor, food, and paper costs.

You’ll earn $55,000–$80,000 annually plus performance bonuses and an additional $15/hour appreciation pay. Expect a dynamic, growth-focused culture with a strong emphasis on results and leadership from the front.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of management experience in Restaurant/Hospitality.
• Strong coaching and team-building skills.
• Ability to motivate diverse crew and engage with customers.
• Proven ability to lead night shifts and handle high-volume environments.
