Cook Out Restaurants is seeking aRestaurant PM General Manager for a 4-day work week, starting at 4:45 PM, to lead the night shift and drive performance. You will coach a large team in a high-volume setting, ensuring top-notch customer service while managing labor, food, and paper costs.

You will receive a competitive salary of $55,000–$80,000 plus $15/hr appreciation pay, and monthly bonuses based on sales growth, with three days off weekly and opportunities for growth.

Qualifications

• Leadership: At least 1 year of management experience (Restaurant/Hospitality preferred).
• Coaching: Proven track record of training talent and building winning teams.
