Job summary

Cook Out Restaurants is seeking a high-energy Restaurant PM General Manager to lead the night shift with a 4-day work week. You’ll coach a large team in a fast-paced setting, drive performance, and own P&L decisions.

Salary ranges from $55,000 to $80,000 per year plus performance bonuses; you’ll also earn $15/hr Appreciation Pay, monthly bonuses based on sales growth, and generous benefits. This role emphasizes hands-on leadership, frontline execution, and a strong commitment to guest service,

• Leadership: 1+ year of management experience in restaurant/hospitality preferred.
