Job summary

Cook Out is seeking a Restaurant PM General Manager to lead the night shift in a fast-paced, high-volume environment. You’ll coach a large team, own the P&L, and deliver gold-standard service while building a strong culture.

Schedule: four shifts per week starting at 4:45 PM with three full days off. Salary: $55,000–$80,000 plus performance bonuses and $15/hour appreciation pay; monthly bonuses from $600 to $3,000+ based on sales growth; comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of management experience in restaurant or hospitality.
• Experience coaching and training teams to deliver excellent service.
• Strong communication and leadership abilities.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coach a large night-shift team in a high-volume setting.
• Strengthen teamwork, ensure gold-standard customer service and manage the P&L.
• Monitor labor, food, and paper costs to optimize profitability.
