Job summary

Cook Out is seeking a PM General Manager to lead the night shift with a 4-day work week, starting at 4:45 PM. You will coach a large team in a high-volume restaurant, drive profitability by managing labor, food, and paper costs, and deliver outstanding customer service.

The role offers a competitive base salary of $55,000–$80,000 plus monthly performance bonuses ($600–$3,000+) and an additional $15/hour Appreciation Pay, with 3 days off weekly.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of management experience (Restaurant/Hospitality preferred).
• Proven coaching track record in developing talent.
• Strong communication and motivational skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
