The role features a 4-day work week starting at 4:45 PM, three full days off, and a competitive salary range plus $15/hr Appreciation Pay and monthly bonuses based on sales growth.

Qualifikationen

• At least 1 year of management experience in Restaurant/Hospitality preferred.
• Proven track record of training talent and building winning teams.
• Ability to motivate a diverse crew and engage with customers.
