Job summary

Carvana seeks a Safe & Secure Associate at our Blue Mound site to protect people and vehicles and keep gates open and safe. You will be on the front line at the gate, perform safety audits, and coordinate with on-site teams to maintain a secure facility.

You will monitor CCTV, review footage, and respond to alerts with a service-first mindset. Prior experience in security or safety roles is helpful.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years in a customer service environment.
• Solid decision-making in a complex, fast-moving environment.
• Ability to build strong working relationships with diverse people.
• Ability to organize, plan, and execute multiple tasks in a fast-paced setting.
• Ability to handle conflict in a positive, productive way.

Responsibilities

• Lead with a service-first mindset in every interaction.
• Be the face of Carvana at the gate for associates, vendors, and visitors.
• Monitor live cameras, review footage, and investigate intrusion alerts.
• De-escalate, collaborate with partners, and maintain team cohesion.
• Run point at the gate using safety apps and RFID tech for ingress/egress.
• Manage vehicle movement through inspection center entrances and exits.
