Job summary

Carvana in Concord, NC is seeking a Safe and Secure Associate to protect people, vehicles, and assets at our facility. You will manage gate access, document movements, and be the face of Carvana to staff, vendors, and visitors.

You will work open shifts, receive training in life-saving techniques, and collaborate with the Safe and Secure team to uphold incident response, badge creation, CCTV reviews, and safety protocols.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years of experience in a customer service role.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to diffuse conflicts and maintain professionalism.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and follow procedures.

Responsibilities

• Manage and document movement of cars at gates.
• Be the face of Carvana to associates, vendors, visitors.
• Lead with effective communication with team, partners, and customers.
• Patrol Inspection Center and yard, noting safety concerns.
• Train on life-saving measures such as first aid, CPR, AED.
• Assist with badge creation, CCTV review per requests.
