Job summary

Target is seeking a Fulfillment Operations Team Leader at our store in University Heights, OH. You will lead a busy fulfillment team, ensuring accurate picking, packing, and delivery while delivering an outstanding guest experience.

You will manage daily workload, coach teammates, and maintain safety and quality standards, including supporting pickup and ship-from-store operations. This role offers benefits and opportunities for growth within Target's store operations.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Previous retail experience is preferred.

• Be an operations expert, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
• Oversee pickup and ship-from-store workload and safety procedures.
• Participate in hiring, onboarding, and skill development of the team.
