Job summary

Target is hiring a Fulfillment Operations Team Leader in a dynamic retail environment. You will lead a team of hourly associates, ensure accurate and timely order fulfillment, and uphold Target's guest-first service standards.

Responsibilities include planning workloads, coaching staff, and aligning with leadership to meet store goals while maintaining safety and efficiency across operations.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• At least 18 years old.
• Retail experience preferred, but not required.
• Lead and hold others accountable.

Responsibilities

• Deliver guest experience commitments with an Easy, Inspiring and Friendly service.
• Lead hourly team members and drive guest experience and store performance.
• Review fulfillment metrics to identify gaps and drive improvements.
• Plan daily plans for the team and coordinate with leadership.
• Ensure safety, compliance and proper handling of store operations.
• Lead workload planning and ensure orders are fulfilled on time.
• Coach and develop team members to improve performance and customer care.
• Support on-duty leadership during store coverage.
