Job summary

Target is seeking a Fulfillment Operations Team Leader to oversee guest-first fulfillment processes and drive efficient store operations. You will lead a team of hourly members, plan daily workload, and coach staff to achieve high standards of service and productivity.

You will ensure adherence to safety, quality, and delivery metrics while supporting sales growth and total store profitability under the direction of your store leader.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Must be at least 18 years of age
• Retail experience preferred
• Ability to lead and hold others accountable
• Learn and adapt to current technology needs
• Work independently and as part of a team
• Manage workload and prioritize tasks
• Welcoming and helpful attitude toward guests and team members
• Effective communication skills

Responsibilities

• Deliver guest experience commitments to create an Easy, Inspiring and Friendly guest experience
• Ensure team delivers Target's guest experience commitments and maintains consistent operations
• Provide feedback and accountability while recognizing great guest moments
• Review metrics and identify opportunities to improve guest experience and store performance
• Lead and coach team to meet quality, accuracy, and timeliness expectations
• Plan and execute daily plans for the team and manage workload
• Lead and develop team members and participate in onboarding and training
• Ensure food safety guidelines are followed and fresh items are selected for guests
• Coordinate ordering and stock levels with leadership and manage changes as needed
• Support guest services such as back-up cashier and order pickup while maintaining compliance
