Job summary

Bell and Howell is seeking a Customer Service Engineer for the 3rd shift to support industrial, robotic and printing equipment across North America. You will diagnose electronic, mechanical, software and system faults using established procedures from our service training department, and deliver professional technical assistance to minimize downtime.

This role requires hands-on electrical and mechanical troubleshooting with tools like a DMM, and may include on-call service after hours.

Qualifications

• High School or equivalent with specialized electronics/mechanics training.
• Background in electronics and software troubleshooting.
• Experience with industrial equipment preferred.

Responsibilities

• Install, troubleshoot and repair industrial equipment including printing, packaging, and robotics.
• Schedule and perform preventive maintenance.
• Manage parts inventory and service calls.
• Maintain strong customer relations and provide clear communication.
