Job summary

Hyatt Regency Greenwich is hiring a Maintenance Technician to support preventative maintenance, repair and upkeep of hotel systems and facilities. You will inspect and service HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and carpentry components, and assist in refurbishing guest rooms and public areas.

You will work on-site in Greenwich, CT, coordinating with supervisors to ensure safety, quality and timely completion of tasks while providing courteous guest service and maintaining hotel standards.

Qualifications

• Vocational training or military training in building trades (HVAC, Electrical, Plumbing, Carpentry).
• Ability to read and follow technical instructions and schematics.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist with preventative maintenance and report work orders.
• Inspect and repair electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and related systems.
• Maintain building exterior and interior fixtures and furnishings.
• Respond courteously to guest requests and maintain safety standards.
