Job summary

Intel Corporation is seeking an Engineering Manager to lead the MEOS team on the 24x7 CW shift in Arizona. This role requires strong leadership, escalation management, and cross-functional collaboration to drive safety, quality, and velocity in a high-stakes semiconductor packaging environment.

Based in Phoenix, AZ, you will mentor engineers, develop capability roadmaps, and partner with Factory Operations and Equipment Engineering to deliver on strategic objectives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or related field with 4+ years of relevant experience.
• Master’s degree in engineering or related field with 3+ years of relevant experience.
• PhD in engineering or related field with relevant experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead a high-performing on-shift MEOS team of engineers.
• Serve as the on-shift escalation point and participate in EOC/ERT as needed.
• Drive structured problem-solving and MBPS-based SWATs to resolve tool and process issues.
