Job summary

Intel Corporation seeks a Module Engineer On Shift (MEOS) for its Chandler, AZ facility. You will work on the factory floor on a 24x7 production line, solving equipment and process issues and ensuring continuous lot movement.

The role requires engineering credentials with 1+ years of experience, SPC knowledge, and familiarity with semiconductor packaging. This on-site position supports night shifts and rotating weeks in Arizona.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in a relevant STEM field with 0+ years (Bachelor) or 1+ years (Master) of industry experience.
• Experience applying Statistical Process Control (SPC) methodologies in manufacturing is a plus.
• Experience in Semiconductor Packaging or Packaging Substrate Manufacturing is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on, real-time floor support for equipment, process, and product issues to maintain 24x7 line movement.
• Receive and deliver thorough shift pass-downs; align priorities with management at shift start.
• Troubleshoot, recover from errors, manage lot disposition, and support new tool enablement activities.
