Job summary

Intel's Substrate Packaging Technology Development (SPTD) seeks a Module Engineer On Shift (MEOS) to support a 24x7 manufacturing line in Chandler, AZ. You will work on the factory floor solving equipment and process issues, with direct collaboration among engineers and technicians.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in a relevant engineering discipline with exposure to manufacturing environments.
• Experience applying SPC or packaging-related skills is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on, real-time floor support to equipment, process, and product issues.
• Prepare and deliver clear pass-downs and coordinate with shift teams and management.
• Troubleshoot process issues, manage lot disposition, and support tool enabling activities.
• Write and update specifications and RFCs to maintain current process records.
• Perform inspection and imaging on panels to collect development data.
• Communicate issues via email with Tool and Lot Owners for timely resolution.
