Job summary

Intel Corporation's Chandler, Arizona facility is seeking an entry-level Module Engineer On Shift (MEOS) to support 24x7 manufacturing in the Substrate Packaging Technology Development group. You will work on the factory floor to resolve equipment and process issues and ensure seamless lot movement through the production line.

The role involves night shift hours (6:00 PM–6:00 AM) with alternating 3- and 4-day weeks, offering hands-on problem solving, collaboration with engineers and operators,

Qualifications

• Entry-level position with minimum qualifications: Bachelor's with 1+ years of relevant industry experience OR Master's degree in a related discipline.
• Position not eligible for Intel immigration sponsorship.
• Preferred qualifications include 1+ years of SPC experience and hands-on semiconductor packaging experience.

Responsibilities

• Factory Floor Support: provide real-time support to maintain 24x7 lot movement.
• Shift Communication: deliver comprehensive pass-downs to incoming shift teams.
• Troubleshooting & Error Recovery: respond to process issues and support tool enabling activities.
• Documentation: write/update specifications and RFCs as needed to keep records current.
• Inspection & Imaging: perform inspection and data collection on panels.
• Stakeholder Communication: email-based communications with Tool and Lot Owners for issue resolution.
• Ad-Hoc Support: perform a variety of duties as required on the factory floor.
