Job summary

Intel Corporation in Chandler, AZ is seeking a motivated Module Engineer On Shift (MEOS) to join the Substrate Packaging Technology Development (SPTD) team. You will provide real-time factory support to maintain 24x7 lot movement through the production line and help optimize packaging processes.

You will work on shift 6:00 AM–6:00 PM with alternating 3- and 4-day weeks, on-site in Arizona. Advanced problem solving, communication, and meticulous attention to detail are essential as you

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in a relevant engineering field with 2+ years of experience.
• Experience with metrology, lithography, or laser tools is preferred.
• Strong problem-solving, communication, and teamwork skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on, real-time support to maintain 24x7 lot movement on the production line.
• Receive and deliver pass-downs; align priorities with management at shift start.
• Troubleshoot issues, perform recovery, and support new tool enabling activities.
• Write/update specifications and RFCs to maintain current process records.
• Conduct inspections/imaging to collect critical development data.
• Communicate issues with Tool and Lot Owners via email to ensure timely resolution.
