Intel Corporation in Chandler, Arizona is seeking a Module Engineer On Shift (MEOS) to join our Substrate Packaging Technology Development team. You will be part of a 24x7 manufacturing operation, providing real-time factory support to keep the production line moving.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a relevant engineering/physical science field with 2+ years of experience.
• Experience with metrology, lithography, or laser tooling is preferred.
• Strong problem-solving, communication, and teamwork skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on, real-time floor support to maintain 24x7 lot movement.
• Receive and deliver shift pass-downs; align priorities with management.
• Troubleshoot process issues, recover errors, and support tool enabling.
• Write/update specifications and RFCs for process records.
• Perform inspection/imaging on panels to collect data.
• Communicate issues with Tool/Lot Owners via email for resolution.
• Execute ad-hoc duties within the functional area.
