Job summary

Intel Corporation in Chandler, Arizona, seeks an entry-level Module Engineer On Shift (MEOS) for its SPTD team. You’ll support a 24x7 manufacturing line, solving equipment and process challenges on the factory floor and collaborating with engineers and technicians.

The role emphasizes hands-on problem solving, clear communication, and a team-oriented shift culture. Shift 6 is a night schedule with alternating weeks, and the job is on-site in Arizona.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree with 1+ years of relevant industry experience, or Master’s degree.
• Experience via education, projects, or internships also counts.
• Position not eligible for Intel immigration sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on, real-time support for equipment, process, and product issues to maintain 24x7 lot movement.
• Receive and deliver comprehensive pass-downs; align priorities with management at shift start.
• Troubleshoot process issues, perform error recovery, manage lot disposition, and support tool enablement.
• Write and update specifications and RFCs to keep process records current.
• Perform inspection and imaging on panels to collect development data.
• Communicate key issues via email with Tool and Lot Owners for timely resolution.
• Perform a variety of ad-hoc duties as required by the factory.
