Job summary

TEKsystems is seeking an intermediate IT Support Technician for a contract role based in Patchogue, NY. You will manage end-user devices, perform imaging and Windows 11 upgrades, configure Wyse terminals, and support Intune migrations in a service-oriented environment.

The ideal candidate holds a Bachelor's degree, has strong desktop/troubleshooting skills, and can provide clear customer-facing guidance while maintaining security and standard procedures.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Strong experience with end-user hardware/software support.
• Experience imaging and deploying Windows 11 across devices.
• Proactive ticket handling and customer service focus.

Responsibilities

• Provide end-user device administration, configuration, and troubleshooting.
• Perform Windows 11 upgrades and hardware imaging/deployment.
• Set up Wyse terminals, Intune/MDM migrations, and networked printers.
• Deliver concise, user-friendly training and guidance to staff.
