Job summary

TEKsystems is seeking a contractor to support their Desktop Services group in Rochester, NY. The role covers off-site and later on-site expansion in downtown Rochester, involving laptop staging, deployment, and rollout for new workstations.

Monday to Friday, 8am–5pm, contract position with full onsite duties. The ideal candidate works independently with strong customer service skills, handling Tier 2-3 issues, imaging, hardware troubleshooting, and field-related tasks across multiple sites in

• SELF-STARTER; ability to work proactively and effectively on their own.
• Customer service, written and verbal communication, responsibility.

• Environmental Refresh, Upgrades & Replacements
