Job summary

DSV is seeking a Customer Service Agent for an E shift (Friday–Sunday, 6pm–6am) at our Clarksville, TN location. The role focuses on delivering exceptional client service, accurate data entry, and timely order processing to support site operations.

As part of DSV Solutions, you will build rapport with customers, process orders, run shipments from the WMS, and coordinate with other departments to maintain service standards.

Qualifications

• Must have a high school diploma or general education degree (GED).
• 1 year experience in Customer Service-related capacity
• Must be able to work in unregulated temperatures within the warehouse during the warmer and colder months

Responsibilities

• Process and input all customer orders.
• Run stock reports to check for product availability.
• Generate all related paperwork and information required for customer work orders
• Expedite any order as necessary and notify customer of activity concerning their merchandise
• Assure proper invoicing of accounts by verifying customers as required
• Handle returned merchandise and ensure proper credit is given
