Job summary

Qualifications

• Must have a high school diploma or GED.
• 1 year experience in Customer Service.
• Must be able to work in unregulated temperatures within the warehouse.

Responsibilities

• Process and input all customer orders.
• Run shipments from WMS.
• Generate all related paperwork and necessary information for customer work orders.
• Verify accuracy of shipping and receiving documents and resolve discrepancies.
• Assist in invoicing and communicate with customers to ensure service standards.
