Job summary

DSV - Global transport and logistics in Clarksville, TN is hiring a Customer Service Agent for the E shift (Friday–Sunday, 6pm–6am). The CSR will input shipping and receiving data, process orders, and support warehouse operations while delivering reliable service to clients.

You will handle invoicing coordination, resolve inquiries, and maintain files, with emphasis on accuracy, speed, and teamwork in a fast-paced logistics environment.

Qualifications

• Must have a high school diploma or GED.
• 1 year experience in Customer Service-related capacity.
• Must be able to work in unregulated temperatures within the warehouse during the warmer and colder months can range from mild to moderate.

Responsibilities

• Process and input all customer orders.
• Run stock reports to check product availability and print shipments from WMS.
• Ensure accuracy of receiving and shipping documents and related data entries.
• Maintain files and respond to customer inquiries with timely, accurate information.
• Assist with invoicing and credit changes between customers and departments.
