Job summary

DSV Road GmbH Clarksville is seeking a Customer Service Agent on E shift (Fri-Sun 6pm-6am) to deliver exceptional service and ensure precise data entry for shipping and receiving across multiple clients.

The CSR will process orders, run shipments from the WMS, perform inventory checks, generate required paperwork, and coordinate with other departments to maintain service levels in a fast-paced warehouse environment.

Qualifications

• Must have a high school diploma or GED.
• 1 year experience in Customer Service-related capacity.
• Must be able to work in unregulated temperatures within the warehouse during warmer and colder months.

Responsibilities

• Process and input all customer orders.
• Run shipments from WMS and print related paperwork.
• Verify product availability with stock reports and update systems.
• Expedite and trace orders as needed; inform customers of updates.
• Maintain accurate invoicing and handle returns with proper credits.
• Greet customers and assist with inquiries; answer phones and route calls.
