Job summary

DSV is seeking a Customer Service Agent for the C shift (Sun–Thu, 10pm–6:30am) at our Clarksville, TN site. The CSR builds rapport with clients by delivering consistent, exceptional service, processes orders, and ensures accurate data entry for shipments and receiving information.

This role emphasizes timeliness, accuracy, and cross-functional communication. The Associate will support the site in daily operations, handle inquiries, and coordinate with other departments to meet service standards.

Qualifications

• Must have a high school diploma or GED.
• 1 year experience in a customer service-related capacity.
• Ability to work in unregulated warehouse temperatures and adapt to a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Process and input all customer orders.
• Run stock reports to check product availability.
• Generate paperwork and information for customer work orders.
• Verify accuracy of receiving and shipping documents.
• Enter and verify data in the system for orders, shipments, and inventories.
• Greet customers and assist with inquiries at the check-in window.
