Job summary

DSV - Global transport and logistics in Clarksville, TN is seeking a Customer Service Agent for Sunday-Thursday night shift (10pm-6:30am). You will build rapport with clients and ensure accurate data entry for shipping and receiving.

Qualifications

• Ability to work in unregulated warehouse temperatures.

Responsibilities

• Process and input all customer orders.
• Run shipments from WMS and print labels.
• Generate paperwork for customer work orders.
• Verify invoicing and assist with credits as needed.
• Answer phones and greet customers; support drivers at check-in.
