Job summary

MetroHealth is seeking a CT Technologist to join the Radiology Department at the MetroHealth Medical Center in Ohio. The role involves producing high-quality CT images, assisting with CT-guided procedures, and coordinating patient scheduling for inpatients and outpatients.

The position requires ARRT CT certification, Ohio licensure, and BLS, and offers a biweekly schedule of 60 hours with night shifts and alternating Sundays.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited Radiologic Technology program and ARRT credentials.
• ARRT CT certification or credential within one year of employment.
• Active Ohio radiographer license required and BLS certification.

Responsibilities

• Produce high-quality CT images across neuro, MSK, and abdomen/pelvis studies.
• Assist with CT-guided procedures including biopsies and drain placements.
• Schedule and coordinate CT patients inpatients and outpatients.
• Educate patients regarding procedures, equipment, and exams.
• Demonstrate critical thinking and effective communication under supervision.
• Collaborate with CT team, nurses, physicians and therapists.
