Job summary

MetroHealth is seeking a Radiologic Technologist specialized in CT to join our Radiology Department in Cleveland, OH. The role involves producing high-quality CT images, assisting with CT-guided procedures, and coordinating patient scheduling for inpatients and outpatients.

Candidates should hold ARRT CT credential (or obtain within a year) and an Ohio Radiographer License; BLS certification is required or to be obtained within probationary period.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited Radiologic Technology Program.
• Registered Radiology Technologist with ARRT.
• ARRT CT credential or obtains within one year of employment.
• Valid Ohio Radiographer License (ODH).
• American Heart Association BLS Certification or obtains within probationary period.

Responsibilities

• Produces quality CT images in a variety of settings.
• Assists with CT Guided Procedures including biopsies and drain placements.
• Supports patient scheduling for inpatients and outpatients.
• Educates patients regarding procedures and examination to maintain understanding and comfort.
• Works under supervision within the CT Team and communicates effectively.
