Job summary

MetroHealth is seeking a CT Technologist to support the Radiology Department in Cleveland, OH. You will produce CT images, assist with CT-guided procedures, and coordinate scheduling for inpatients and outpatients.

The role requires ARRT registration, a CT credential (or within one year), an Ohio radiographer license, and BLS certification. The position offers a comprehensive benefits package and a secure, patient-centered care environment.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited Radiologic Technology Program and ARRT registered.
• ARRT CT credential or obtain within one year of employment.
• Valid Ohio Radiographer License (ODH) required.
• AHA BLS certification or obtain during probationary period.

Responsibilities

• Produces quality CT images in a variety of settings.
• Assists with CT guided procedures including biopsies, drain placements, tumor ablations.
• Patient scheduling and coordination for inpatients and outpatients.
• Educates patients regarding procedures, equipment, and examination to maintain understanding and comfort.
• Demonstrates critical thinking and effective communication under stress.
