DESC is seeking a Crisis Outreach Clinical Shift Supervisor for the Mobile Rapid Response Crisis Team in Seattle, WA. This full-time night-shift role oversees field teams, ensures timely crisis response, and guides supervision, documentation, and training in accordance with DESC policies.

You will conduct psychosocial assessments, coordinate scheduling, monitor vehicle safety, and participate in team meetings, with a focus on least restrictive interventions and quality care for people in crisis.

Qualifications

• Experience supervising crisis outreach staff.
• Ability to provide clinical assessments in the field.
