DESC's Mobile Rapid Response Crisis Team (MRRCT) is seeking a Crisis Outreach Clinical Shift Supervisor for the Swing Shift in Seattle, WA. The role leads field responses dispatched by Crisis Connections and ensures timely, coordinated crisis work in the community.

The position includes supervising staff, conducting in-field clinical assessments, and maintaining documentation and training standards in alignment with DESC policies and procedures.

Formación

• Licensed AAC credential or equivalent to supervise mental health assessments.
• 1+ year experience in community-based behavioral health services.
• Experience with homelessness, mental illness, or substance use disorders.
• Valid WA driver's license and insurable driving record.
• Complete DESC Crisis Response and Prevention training and 8-hour CIT.
• Ability to work evenings, weekends, or holidays.
• Willing to travel within King County for outreach.
• Strong written and verbal communication.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee day-to-day operations of the assigned shift.
• Coordinate dispatch to outreaches with the team.
• Provide 1:1 supervision with supervisees at least 2x per month.
• Maintain staff files and ensure compliance with program requirements.
• Provide clinical consultations and crisis intervention guidance.
• Ensure adherence to DESC policies and documentation standards.
